swollen feet

After I had my baby my feet swollen up really bad. I'm thinking its from extra fluid since I had to have an IV in the whole four day stay at the hospital. How can I bring the swelling down

For me elevating my feet as much as I could and resting. Also massages for legs and feet to help get the fluid moving around more. I hope it goes away! I had it bad then a week later my left leg swelled twice the size it should be and turned purple and hurt so bad I needed crutches. They thought it was a blood clot for sure but it was just extra trapped fluid I guess.
