In my case I was actually pumping because my baby had swallowing issues. But I pumped like a champ - 20 mins every 3 hours day and night. So I lost all the weight within 2-3 months.
After that you need to tone your body - use weights or kickboxing. It def helps!
And then main thing - healthy diet of course. For me mainly, nothing fried and no carbs in the evening.
Booty, legs and abs exercises, like crunches, leg lifts, and squats. You can even type 'booty and ab exercises' into youtube to find exercises too!

Eat healthy n go on daily walks. Then once ur up 4 Iit start to incorporate more exercise because if u jue lose weight n dnt tighten up ull jus have lose skin
