I felt the same way at 6 week but I waited 4 days before going to the hospital and the doctor told me next time not to wait that long and if I can't keep anything down for more than a couple hours to come back in. Now I'm almost 10 weeks and have to take medicine that my doctor prescribed every morning or else I'm completely sick for hours. So I would call your doctor and see if they can call you something in. I also tried everything all the other women mentioned but nothing seemed to work for me. Good luck, I hope it gets better for you.

You are technically underweight, so you will want to get it under control. Because you're underweight you'll want to aim for a weight gain of 28-40 pounds during your pregnancy - you can ask your doctor for specific amounts they want. I would not weight if you're that ill. Dehydration is very dangerous while pregnant and is something you want to avoid if possible. If you can't get in sooner, phone their office and tell them you need them to call in a prescription for something to control the nausea/vomiting. The two most commonly prescribed medications are Phenergan and Zofran.

How long has it been since you have kept any fluids down? If you are unable to hold water down and it's been more than 24 hours you need to go to the hospital and get checked out and rehydrated. They will be able to give you something to help keep you from vomiting as well.

Try lemon anything with natural lemon flavor helped me a lot with my son I was so sick alll the time. If that doesn't work talk to your doc there are nausea meds they can give you that are totally healthy for baby because its important for both of you to eat. Good luck
