swollen

My hands and legs keep getting swollen, but my doctor says it's normal,, i just want to know if it is? And what can i do about it

I'm still working and when i gwt off from work my legs and feet are super swollen, and im starting to get dizzy.. so idk if thats normal or not

Lots on healthy foods butbtry not to eat salt or at least not alot of foods with salt it helps to cut down(: youll be fine

It's normal as long as it's not so excessive that your swollen all the way up your legs and can't get shoes on at all etc. I can't even wear my wedding rings either and it ***** :(

Yes it is normal and just rest a lot  by the end of the day if I do thing that day my get are almost double it size amd some times my wedding rings don't Fit

Drink lots of water and stay off your feet. Elevate your feet above your chest laying down, prop them up with a few pillows.
If it's extremely swollen then it could be preeclampsia. Is it accompanied with headaches, seeing spots and dizziness??

Minimize your salt intake that also causes swelling
