symptoms dissapeared at 5 weeks

Im 5 weeks and it seems all my symptoms are disappearing , The minor cramps, breast tenderness, nausea.... could this be a misscarrige?

You still have 35 weeks left of pregnancy. The symptoms well come. And if they don't, consider yourself lucky. You don't want to go through all the ugly pregnancy symptoms. They're not fun.

When i miscarried I was 5 weeks. It started with light bleeding. By the time I got to hospital I was having full blown horrible period cramps and for a couple days after. Don't worry yourself unless there is cramping associated with bright red blood. I didn't have any symptoms until around week 10. And barely any after tht. Consider yourself lucky.

How soon will you bleed after a misscarrige?  Is it the same day?

I found out at about 4.5 weeks. Only symptom I had was cramping due to uturus growing. When you miscarry, you'd be bleeding and have very sharp pain. But if you're that worried, call your doctor

You're still very early. Most women don't even know they are pregnant at 5 weeks. Im not a doctor but i think if u have a miscarriage its painful and you will have bleeding. But if it truly worries you, go see a doctor.
