symptoms of conceiving

i had unprotected sex wid my guy though hes sure that he didnt release inside me, my period date has been over due by 12 days.it was also the peak time for my ovulation during the time we had intercourse.also i had an unexpected fever one day after having sex which was followed by cold n cough, some morning sickness which i assumed to be becuase of fever.i also observed that my breasts are very soft but there is no pain in them or my nipples.also, no normal basis after having sex my breast would hurt, but this time i found them over soft.
its kinda confusing, but now since i'm not getting my periods, do i need to take a pregnancy test??
do i need to worry? maybe they are delayed coz of my sickness or sickness was coz i conceived?  i dun have any other symptoms as such...but yes i feel less hungry than ever.
please advise.

I would definately take a test.  Pregnancies dont all have the same symptoms and some have no symptoms.  The one thing that is pretty constant in most pregnancies is the lack of period.  That is cause to take a test.
