am i the only one who forgets to eat?!

Smh! 17 weeks pregnant and i forget to eat. I hate setting an alarm to remind me but i may have to! :( why am i so afraid of gaining too much that eating is at the back of my mind?:(

Its like i have an irrational fear of gaining a ton of weight with this baby

If you don't eat regularly your body goes into starvation mode, so when you do eat your body stores everything you eat so therefore you can get fat anyways from eating like that. Its best to eat several small meals throughout the day.

I am 19 weeks and.i forget to eat all the time. I feed my 2 year old and then while she is eating i clean and forget to eat myself. The baby will take everything they need from you though.

Your body is going to know how much to gain. But I am 39 weeks tomorrow and forget to eat sometimes. As long as you are eatting healthy things and not junk food then you don't need to be concerned about gaining to much. And your Dr will tell you if he is concerned you are gaining to much but at the same thing to little.
