prenantals.

My prenatals that I take are gummies because I have a hard time keeping regular vitamins down. The prenatals I take do not contain iron or calcium. Does anybody know a good prenatal vitamin?

You can get just regular iron pills and take those ontop of your prenatals. My DR prescribed me iron.

Flinstones Chewables has one with iron in it. I used to take them as a child lol taste great. The prenatals I take are nature made brand, it's the only one I haven't had a problem with but they are a pretty big capsule. All other ones make everything taste like pickles to me, even tastes like I burp pickle juice. Blehhhh

Any of the gummies won't have iron in them due to them looking like candy to little kids and the chance of them overdosing on iron. Your best bet is gonna be anything but a gummy unfortunately.
