I jus saw on the Internet pregnant women can get tattooed while pregnant dats not safe wtf i love new ink but ill wait aint no tattoo worth the health of my unborn

I got one done when i was about a month prego but i didnt know i was. and im 2 weeks post partum and gonna wait til my 6 week checkup to get one for my baby girl.

I'm waitin till after i have my lil boy and breastfeed to let my husband finish mine.. he got the outline done n we stopped then bout 3weeks later found out we was prego so no more till after its better that way... i don't wanna hurt my baby...

I jus found dat kinda odd i would rather wait until after a have my baby and finish breastfeeding... i was gonna get another tattoo back in july but somethin was telling me to wait and im glad i did cause i took 4 hpt  and i found out i was pregnant again so ill be waitin awhile for some new ink

I don't have any tattoos yet, but I was going to get one for my 18th birthday for my best friend who died in an atv accident. I am now a few weeks past my birthday and I am deff going to wait until after my 6 week check up in March to get it. No way I would ever get a tat while pregnant!

It's not the ink that effects the baby it's risk of infection, since your immune system is down it takes longer to heal and is more probe to getting infected ... Most tattoo shops will refuse service to pregnant women

I don't think it's the ink that's the problem but I got one too when I was around 5 weeks without knowing I was pregnant. Everything is okay with my baby at 26 weeks but I wouldn't have gotten it done had I known.

Hey I am a professional tattoo artists at a very well reknown and respected shop and I'm also pregnant yay! but anyways  while getting tattooed while pregnant can't hurt Ur baby because ink does not get into their bloodstream, everytime u get a tattoo u r opening Ur body to infection which in turn could cause major problems. It's probly best just to wait also after breastfeeding for the same reason.

I actually got a tattoo at 5weeks not knowing i was prego and trust me i would never get one if i knew i was prego.. ive been worried about it hurtin him since i found out... but i agree if u know u r or a chance u r don't do it lol..

I had a friend who got tattoos on her chest while she was pregnant and then bestfed. Her baby got really. Sick she didn't know why turned out her baby had ink poisoning and almost died. I love tattoos but they are not worth risking my babys unborn life
