They also have these little candies at Babies r us for that and I can't say they helped me
Thank you guys so much :)
Zofran kinda helps just dnt like da side effects
Try asking your doctor about prescribing you Zofran. It works really good. I would take it and within 10 minutes my nausea was gone.
Drink a lot to stay hydrated. Juices and Gatorade will also help give your body some sugars. Find what is tolerable. My first pregnancy salty foods helped (pretzels, chips, etc) but this time baby only wanted fruit. I'd try a banana. It's full of nutrients and fairly easy to digest (and throw up if that's what happens). It's a bland enough flavor that it shouldn't upset your stomach even more.
Also I tried my best every time I ate to just keep it down for five minutes. If I made five is go for ten, etc. The longer you can keep it down, the more nutrients you and baby are absorbing!
I heard pickles work great. Oranges kinda helpped me. Lemon is suppose to help also
Wonton soup from chinnese restaurants worked great for me
Try and eat plain Pringles before you pick your head up off of your pillow in the morning. People say it helps a little, I just stuck it out and threw up.
