Okay i had sex with my boyfriend at the beggining of march and was suppose to come on my period march 25 but i didnt its now april 13th still no period and im having pains in my stomach on the left side.I took a test the first week i missed my period it said no what do you guys think?
the best time to test for pregnacy is right before the expected time of your monthly period so the best time for you to check is the week of april 25 with your morning urine. it holds the highest levels of HGC>
I would take another test, when you took the first one your HCG levels may have not been high enough yet. If the test is still negative then I would consider calling your Dr. about the side pains
