the shakes.?????

Ok so im on this app in my fone...and all of a sudden ma hands start shaking. Not alot...juss alil. But they wont stop. Been doing it for the past 4-5minutes. I had this before...it stopped around 15 minutes later. Have anyone of u experience this before.??? Ftm 11+0

Nope, doesnt even have to be peanuts, jist keep something with sugar in it with you at all times and if you start feeling shakey eat/drink some andit should go away pretty quick. Ivehad sugar problems my whole life and pregnancy hasnt helped lol

Keep snacks close by at all times ladies! You're gonna keep getting hungrier and hungrier! But defo try to keep blood sugar up, I used to have that issue before I was pregnant, i stay so hungryall the time now, that theres nl way,its gonna happen cuz.i constantly eat! Feel better and good luck!

Yup! Drink some oj or eat some peanuts or something and it should stop :)

Oh ok....so it may be that my blood was low.? I have a appt on friday so i will bring it up

Omg! Me too! I was at work and all of a sudden my hands were shaking, I think my blood sugar got a little low. I drank a glass of water and ate some gummy bears (all I had with me) and it slowed eventually then stopped...it was a bit scary and weird but yeah I attributed it to low blood sugar
