the unsolved question about subway sandwiches!!

So theres pregnant women that say that they eat subway all the time, and then theres the ones that say that its super risky because of Listeria, and I have been craving Subway for so soooo long, so I just really want to know what's the real scenario on Subway with Listeria. Thanks!

Yea there's that whole deli risk and stuff but that's why they just say to make sure to heat up the meat

Toasted subs are my best friend. My princess loves them and as long as its toasted you're safe :)

My doctor told me if I wanted to eat subway just have them toast the meat and for a sandwich at home to throw the meat in the microwave for a few seconds. Even with hot dogs don't eat them all the time but if you have a craving make sure that you've cooked them enough to see the stream come off of them

I honestly eat subway way like 1-2 times every 2 weeks and my baby boy and I are fine. We haven't had any difficulties. My nutritionist said when I eat subway to make sure I get my sandwich toasted.

No it's okay to eat it. Deli meat is well processed in America, the only thing is be way off are hot dogs but my Dr said even those are safe
