the usual question!

is there anything that would ease really bad morning sickness? I dont remember it being this bad with my first child over 4 years ago but ... i feel terrible. Right now I am 6wks and 2 days. I cant eat without the throw up feeling, i cant sleep real well, everytime i get up i feel like i want to fall over, i cant do normal house work without feeling like i got hit by a train .. im drinking lots of water and gatorade ... eating small meals, trying to avoid heavy grease and eating too much. I told my mom to get me some bagles and cream cheese, hopefully the carbs will help. I've been taking my prenatals ... other than that im just a weakling laying down and watching TV getting up when i can, but im keeping the food down, except for first thing in the morning.

GINGER BISCUITS :) LOL....

That helps :)
Or these bracelett with nobly bits at the end, that push into your pressure points (Cant remeber what they are called) Erm anti sickness tabs, but they usually wont give them too you unless you cant keep annything down...

Congrats on your pregnancy

Oh man I have the same problem! I am 10w right now and it's still lingering there. I tried everything in the book for the first 3-4 weeks and I just could not get any real relief, it is absolutely horrid and stressful! I finally had to get on Zofran, I avoided it like the plague at first cause I am so anti-prescriptions crap but the MS was really affecting my life, my home, duties, my job, and my mental well being. I was way to stressed out over it. So now that I am taking Zofran it helps sooo much and I feel much better. I take it when only absolutely neccassary. Oh and I take Flinstone gummies instead of my prenatals right now because there milder on my tummy. These may be options for you, and you need to discuss it with your doctor.

So sorry your going through this, but try and stay calm and most of the times it really is only temporary. Hope you feel better really soon, good luck. Oh and congrats on your pregnancy :)

I experienced the same thing you are. 50mg of vitamin B can help, seasick bands that go on your wrist on a pressure point can help, Ginger chews or Ginger tea, Ginger ale all can help. I started drinking ensure and also had anti nausea meds to help. Also make sure you combined protein with carbs (like bagel and cream cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwich, cheese and crackers, apple and peanut butter) so you have quick burning energy and slow burning energy to
Keep you going. Some say exercise (like a walk) can help, fresh air usually helps too. I'm glad you are able to get enough fluids. Try and take it easy and remember this too shall pass. I'm now 13 weeks and feeling a lot better.

I would talk to your doctor and see if they can prescribe you some anti nausea meds. My morning sickness was HORRIBLE this time around and the doctor told me to not take my prenatal and switch to flintstone vitamins or if I chose to still continue my prenatal's to take them at night before I went to bed since they can make you feel more sick. She also prescribed me anti nausea medication that worked miracles. Within like 30 minutes I would barely feel sick at all.
