If you have a shower...put really cold water on your head for few mins then hot water... or if you've time soak your feet in ice cold water and then really really hot water....it gets the blood pumping or something I always do that with a migrane it seems to work.

Paracetamol-I think its called tylenol in the US. A cold flannel over your head & eyes will also help-you can also rub some peppermint oil on your pulse points.
