Severe cramps (tmi)
Literally so intense I felt like I couldn't breathe. Its strictly gas cramps tho. Just spent the last 10 minutes throwing up and pooping at the same time. Is this normal? I've never had gas pains or got sick like this before I got pregnant. And this is only the 2nd time throwing up since I got pregnant.
I've been constipated too but this is coming out like straight water. I feel better now but for a minute I was thinking I might have to go to the er
Sure is normal, pregnancy hormones make digestion a harder process, and more gas is very common.
