this heat!!

So its 106° and we have no AC, my body is really hot .. I get up once in a while to wet my head and arms .. But I wanna know if its bad for the baby?

I know how you feel!! my room is above the boiler room, and ask I have its a fan that blows the hot air around. It makes it hard to sleep. Get a wet wash cloth and hold it on your forehead, your neck, etc. It really helps I promise

It's probably not a good idea to be sitting in such hot temps with no ac while pregnant, it was 102 out today and I couldn't breathe I was so hot it also made me nauseated , Id keep a cool rag on your neck, drink a ton of water and maybe a cool bath or shower to cool off

I'd say no. If your internal temperature is not raised above a normal range, the child should be unaffected. Now, if you have a fever, that might be a cause for some concern by your OB.
