threatened abortion

The doctor is sending me for an ultrasound because.I've been.having cramping on and off for the last few weeks and said he was writing as an threatened abortion but that I shouldn't worry because that's why they will do the ultrasound I'm at 6 weeks pregnant and I don't understand I thought cramping was normal anyone else have a doctor put you as a threatened abortion?

It is normal but there mustve been something else that caught his attention.

Threatened abortion means threatened miscarriage.

Cramping in early preg is normal though...I cramped bad and was so nervous...your body could be adjusting to the pregnancy.

I think he meant it as a spontaneous abortion which means the same as miscarriage and that's what he checked off it was on the paper like that

An abortion is you wanting to get rid of your baby he was ment to put miscarriages I think love
