Okay I'm 31wks and I'm throwing up like crazy i cant keep any food down or fluids but i don't have diarrhea but i am getting strong stomach pains... should i be worried or just rest n let it pass?
No but I'll try. Hopefully it stays down. This is my first so idk what contractions feel like.
