I started buying stuff before I was even pregnant and putting it in a hope chest. I would say just get small things like clothes and socks and dont wash them until your sevond trimester. They say wait till your third trimester but i certainly did not i had a full wardrobe before i was 27 weeks now I am 37 and ready to pop and have everything ready for my little man.

Im 19w2d and the only thing we have bought so far was the crib way to good of a deal at the time to pass up. We find out next week if the baby is a boy or girl and will start buying little things then. For now i get paid weekly and have been putting $150 into savings every week and will use some of that money to purchase small things. After the baby shower we will start buying whateve else we need:)

At 10 weeks I started buying diapers wipes blankets wall socket plugs etc. It's never to early! :)

I waited to buy anything till after my baby shower. In which I was 7 months. Only because I didn't want to take any chances of something happening. However, you can start buying stuff as soon as you'd like. Just remember to try not to over do it until your out of your first trimester.  Good luck.! :)

I started buying at 8 weeks. You need to buy when you can afford. I bought many neutral onesies and some diapers. A car seat, stroller, and crib. I'm 12 weeks now and will continue to buy a little every week! I gotta remember to leave some items for the baby shower!

I would wait untill your past the first trimester, only because I've suffered 3 miscarriages myself.

I was wondering the same,I don't know the sex but was looking into bottles and plain onesies.
