To go to the Dr and im a tad bit constipated. I haven't gone in 2 days. If I can't ho by the time I go to the Dr will that effect the ultrasound? I don't want anything to get in the way of see what the gender is!

No it shouldn't affect the ultrasound. Constipation is extremely normal during pregnancy.
I don't think it would cause any issues, I know a full bladder can. But for your constipation I've heard prunes work wonders lol and watermelon as well (:
