I had some bleeding in my 1st month it turned out to be a tear in my placenta I was on bed rest for 2 weeks tell bleeding stopped but now I am fine. They told me that 30% of women have bleeding in the first 3 months it is totally normal but we went to the ER just to be sure. I would call doc so you know all is ok if I had had a bad tear or a  placenta previa when the placenta moves away from the wall this is bad go get checked out. Hope all is good and this helped you.

I know when women see any kind of blood/spotting they panic and think it's over. It does not always mean something bad is happening. Given that you are not experiencing cramping/clots, you could simply just be one of the women who spot/bleed during pregnancy. It can be okay and in any case your unsure or scared, give your doctor a call and let them know what's happening. Take it easy and rest. I would not have sex during this time until it's gone/cleared by your doctor. Drink plenty of fluids, as well.

It could be nothing but give them a call if your worried. Good luck.
