m only 9weeks into this pregnancy and my Brest hurts really bad . To the point it makes me cry. Is that normal and what can I do for the pain??
Mine were like that from the start :/ it's awful. just comfy bras that offer plenty of support and you can massage them in the shower under warm water, that helped me
Thats normal just wear comfy bras i started wearing ones without underwire and i would sleep in a sports bra, i never used to sleep with a bra tho.
I would also gently massage my breast while in bed when it waa so sore. Im now 17 weeks and they dont hurt as much its a bearable pain
