Talk to your doctor about it she can prescribe you something. My doctor gave me Zofran and it worked amazing for me.
Vitamin B6, Ginger Ale,Saltine crackers, wake up about 30 min early put cold washcloths or packs on your face :) or talk to your doctor cause there's this little white pill (idk the name..) but it stops nausea
What does B6 help with?
My mom got candy ginger for me years ago with my first pregnancy. This time I took extra vitamin b6 the dr prescribed.
