Keep your legs moving, you're more prone to blood clots when you're pregnant. So if you're traveling by car try and stop every so often and walk around maybe at a rest stop. For nausea I don't really know, I never really got that. But babies r us sells preggo pops, there for nausea you could probably try those out. I'd ask your doctor. I'm 37 weeks I'll be traveling by car for six hrs this week and my doctor told me what to do. Plus they'll probably wanna give you a copy of your prenatal records just in case anything goes wrong where you're traveling and you need to go to a different hospital.
