I heard going up an down in a elevator helps. The stomache drop feeling the baby doesnt like it
I've heard eating hot/spicy food, having sex and walking can help speed up the process!!
Fresh pineapples and walking. ...oh and sex
I heard nipple stimulation starts contractions and also taking a brisk walk.
Fresh pineapple/kiwi/mango (must be fresh, not canned. I read you need to eat about 7 fresh pineapples for it to work but some woman swear after eating 1 labor started), evening primrose oil (can take capsule or poke hole in capsule and insert vaginally up by cervix), raspberry leaf tea (is supposed to cause shorter quick labor so a lot of woman drink it when they go into labor), walking, sex (don't use condom, the sperm is what causes labor), nipple stimulation (can cause more painful labor, you also have to do it for at LEAST an hour before it works), exercise ball (bounce lightly or move hips in circles), squats, dancing, castor oil (dangerous for baby! Also causes you to have diarrhea), spicy foods, accupressure. I was able to get a few contractions using the exercise ball but nothing that'd last. If you're super uncomfortable ask the doctor to do a membrane sweep (basically they use a finger and go around the edge of the cervix and it'll separate the cervix from the amniotic sac which releases a hormone to start labor. It doesn't always work, my doctor said about 60% of the time it works). Keep in mind that if the baby is ready to come the baby will, if labor doesn't start when trying these things then don't get upset, the baby just isn't ready yet. Good luck!
Evening primrose oil inserted in vagina at bedtime, starting at 36 weeks. Supposed to soften the cervix...
Squats walking stairs I drank pineapple juice
Walking. Sex. DO NOT USE CASTOR OIL!!
I dont believe you can induce your own labour at all. Unless the docs induce you yourr baby is gona come wen it wants to
I'm sure someone will suggest castor oil. DON'T DO IT!
