I'm 31 weeks with my third and sometimes it's just because of everything that comes with oregnancy it causes our sleep schedules to mess up. When I was pregnant with my first I never slept at night , I would be awake until 5-6 am and sleep until noon. Once my son came we got into a routine and sleep was back to normal (for the most part lol) my second pregnancy I would fall asleep by 10-11pm and sleep until 7-8 am. This pregnancy I don't go to sleep until 2am most nights and than I wake up at 4 to make sure my husbands lunch and is up for work by 5. By the time I get tired enough to fall asleep my kids are awake , talk with your doctors about ways to help you sleep. If I'm really uncomfortable I take a warm bath and than try to go to sleep again. Good luck ladies and just relax as hard as it may get sometimes you will get threw labor and everything will be okay!

Oh boy! I am 17 weeks and haven't been sleeping good for a while. I know it's all going to get harder/worse. Hang in there mommies, in retrospect, it goes very fast. It's only in the moment that it's awful. Stay strong! The blessings are worth it! Best of luck to all of you!

I'm starting to wake up really early but not feel tired. I'm going to be 36 weeks tomorrow and I wake up around 5:30 for no reason and just stay awake. I sleep pretty late around 11/12. I don't want to nap during the day even though I get tired sometimes I do. I think it's weird is it insomnia? I'm just freaking out about the labor lately.

She's right ^ it only gets worse. I'm 38 weeks I pee at least 3-4 times a night. I can't turn over with out my pelvis aching. I get really bad heart burn. I wake up still so tired.

I'll be 36 week's tomorrow. And trust me it only gets worse.  I'm sleepy and I can't even take a nap during the day because of the light. I can't wait til it's all over. I'm only aloud to sleep on my left side and body is so used to it. It's starting to get uncomfortable.

I'm 30weeks +1 and let me tell you if I could get sleep it's a miracle. Between finding a comfortable position, peeing all night, and sharing a full size bed with my fiance. Guess it's good practice for the following months lol. Just think it's all worth it in the end

I only really get 3 hours a day! And thats it. I cant eat late or i get nightmares. The only way i get to sleep is when i am abt to vomit and i take a gravol and it makes me sleepy and then i only sleep for 2 hrs or less. Since i entered the third trimester i avent had a good sleep.
