Ultrasound today showed I miscarried

durning when I was spotting brown. Empty sac.  I was only spotting when I wiped.  There was a few times it was real muscsy, jelly like, but not to bad.  I guess that's when I passed baby.  I started spotting bright red last night, before that was dark red (my last post).  I had a choice of taking pills and completing the miscarriage or a d&c.  I opted for a d&c, which is tomorrow morning.  I will have no type of Anesthesia or pain meds besides Ibuprofen.  I will not be taking the valum pill.  I like to be in my right mind and not drowsy and feel weird.  I just wanted to update you all.  I hope everyone has a happy healthy pregnancy.  I wish you all the best of luck!  Thanks so much for the support!!
