I have a friend who's gynecologist told her to elevate the legs after intercourse. I know it's hard but don't think about it don't "try" just let nature do it's thing. Might sound funny but with my second pregnancy we were "trying" and month after month nothing was happening I would take a test and nothing I was getting so discouraged because I got pregnant so fast with my first. So I finally just gave up and just wasn't necessarily trying and then the next thing I know I was pregnant. Good luck

It took me well over a year to get pregnant it took so long that I actually gave up hope for it happening. I have inly one ovary so it was extremely hard the best advice i can give is to try as much as you can try laying on your back with a pillow under your hips. Try talking to your ob they'll have the nest advice

Hold ur legs up!! I'm not even joking this is my 4th pregnancy and with my 3rd I didn't believe my husband in holding my legs up after sex and it was a what if I get pregnant by doing so and we'll I did lol. I'm not sayin it'll work but I will definitely say we conceived pretty quick. My 2 oldest are 3 years apart 5,3, then my son that is 2 was when I held my legs up and we'll now my last baby I'm due in sept. I could be wrong but it worked for me... good luck hun and definitely don't stress about it. It definitely won't help .. ♡

Find out when you're ovulating and in that time only do it once every other day. Doing it too much results in low sperm count.  Also, don't stress about it too much it could throw your cycle of track. Best of luck to you!!
