I had my tubes tied for 2yrs now, i got them tied on August 27, 2007. Every since i had them tied i been having alot of problems with my period. One month i will have a period, then the next i wont. I have had a period for almost 2 months now but the day after christmas it decide to come on. When it did come on it on stayed on for a couple days but i bleed heavy the first day n light the rest of the days. I dont know what to do about this cause something i think that i am pregnant when i miss my periods like that. So i want to know do anybody else have problems like this while having your tubes tied. I know when i got my tubes tied, the doctor told me that it is a possibility that i can still get pregnant again cause i only got them tied n not burnt. So i need to watch out for all the signs.

WHen you cut the flow of hormones from your ovaries to your uterus you casue lots of hormonal problems. Your body will go into a state of premenopause till it finally happens and yes you have a 90% chance of a tubal pregnancy unless you have them fully burned out! This is with in 10 years of the 90% chance. You can have anything from irregular periods, severe ovarian cysts, fibromialgia, headaches, migraines, mood changes, depression, weight gain that you can not take off, water retention and many other things. It is major surgery for a woman but NOT a man to get sterilized.

The signs of a tubal is severe pain and tenderness on one side and dizziness. I thought i was pregnant many times from the symptoms but it was an ovarian cyst cuz the egg has no were to go. Ovarian cysts are not dangerous and you do not need to do anything for them but you do need to fet checked to make sure you do not have a tubal!
