You use all of your muscles when you swim so i would imagine you just over worked your abs and need to just lay back and take it easy. Espically if you havent done laps in a while. As long as you dont bleed and arent in like TERRIBLE pain then you should be A-okay. If you are really concerned then call a doc and they can help ease your mind

Yeah I have been swimming before bed to help me get a good nights rest cause I been having a real difficult time sleeping since I got pregnant but I'm thinking I need to find something else to help me sleep. Definitely scared me. I would be devastated if I lost my baby. Thank you girls for helping me. :)

Maybe yu shouldn't do laps just relax in the pool you don't want to pull a muscle

If the cramping feeling is coming and going then try timing it since it could be contractions, working out can cause labor to start. If it's constant then I wouldn't worry unless the pain is super bad. I had cramping after a long walk and my doctor said it was normal and not too worry. If you have any blood or the pain gets intense then I would go to the ER just to be on the safe side. I wouldn't stress out though. Drink water, you could be dehydrated.
