I feel like a pain on my abdominal area kinda like cramps and they'll last maybe like 10 minutes then go away and come back an hour later. Its been happening all day today . I'm 36 weeks + 6 days & still haven't gotten checked .
Is that what braxton hicks feels like or could it be somethin else ?

BH arent painful ur belly just gets really tight can be uncomfortable but not painful
From what I've been told braxton hicks isn't supposed to hurt or have any cramps. Its just the abdomen tightening
