uh oh....I lifted something heavy

I had a brain fart yesterday at the store and lifted a cart over the little metal gate of the Carr return, about hip high. Cars were parked so close to it I couldn't squeeze through, now I'm panicking thinking I've hurt the baby
:( I've been careful not to lift things before, but it was raining, I was in a hurry and its ann old habit from having to wrangle carts when I worked at a dollar General and having to lift them onto the side walk.

Do you ladies ever have a fear of miscarriage or losing your baby? my family has had issues with it and my next appointment is the 22nd. How do you deal with anxiety?

It should be okay. Especially if you didnt feel anything weird when you lifted it. One time with my first baby i lifted a heavy boulderish rock and i felt my stomach muscles spasm and i freaked out. Like really freaked. Lol. But my mom was there and assured me that it didnt hurt the baby and she was right. I wouldnt worry. If it makes you feel better, just call your doctor anyways.
