ultra sound

Is it normal to bleed after an internal ultra sound ? Ive been bleeding bloodclots

I have cramping now but I went to a get my check up & the doctor said everything was alright . My baby hearts beating . He said I could be cramping because my uterus is stretching .

This is my third too and I spotted everytime they did the internal I hate then

I was like that but I spotted off and on until about 12 weeks with this one and the dr kept saying its normal for some now I'm 27+1 and the baby is still doing great :)

Oh, gotcha! I personally didn't bleed (and I only had one internal) but I've just been told clots = go in. I'm kind of a hypochondriac, and am blessed to have great insurance so I can go whenever I have a concern. @prettyquay, are you cramping at all? Or just some spotting?

Normally clots are bad the only reason I wasn't focused on that it because after my transvaginal ultrasound I spotted and had what looked like clots but really it was just the nasty gel they used tinged with blood coming out in little globs

Not to scare you but if you are bleeding with clots it could be bad. I'd call them up asap just to be safe

Welcome I freaked out every time i seen a little blood lol I know it can be scary

It's normal to have some bleeding just keep an eye on it i you are in pain or it gets really heavy and red I would call or go in just to get checked out
