ultrasound

Alot of ppl have told me that you only get a certain amount of ultrasounds while your pregnancy cause that's all insurance will pay for. Is it true and how many have you moms had?

I've had 4 so far and I'm 26 weeks. I was only suppose to have three but baby was being stubborn and kept moving so at my anatomy scan they couldn't measure one side of her heart ! It just depends on what insurance you have and also how cooperative your little one is ! I'll be getting another one probably around 36 weeks just to check and see how she's growing but that's pretty much it ! Anything else I have to pay for which I'm getting a 3D ultrasound Sunday (:

If you absolutely need an ultrasound due to your health or baby's health they'll do it but if your ok with no problems then they might not do it as much, I'm 13 weeks an only had 2 so far but starting at 18 weeks I'll be getting an ultrasound every week till I have the baby due to health concerns for my baby :,(
