ultrasound at 4 weeks?

Hey guys, I miscarried my last pregnancy at 7 weeks. I am now 4 weeks but had slight brown discharge doctor Gave me a referral for ultrasound but at 4 weeks can they tell u/ show you much?

Usually they do it at 7-8 weeks

Be careful tho I just got one at 5 weeks almost 6 they were gonna get me to do a dnc my doctor bc she didn't see any thing but sax& said it was empty well Sono person didn't agree & brought me back in & their is a heart beat

You can't see anything that early

You might see a sac and that's probably about it. Too early to see a fetal pole or anything else.

You'll just see a little circle that is your baby. But they will be able to tell you if you are where you should be for weeks. Can't hear the heartbeat yet but they will be able to tell you if he or she is growing properly.
