Hunger

I am 9weeks pregnant and lately, this past week, i have been feeling really hungry around 2am. Major hunger that does not let me sleep and my stomach starts to cramp. Is it normal? Is it okay or even healthy to eat at this hour?

Hi there. Not to worry being hungry at random times is normal. I asked my Dr bc I felt  the same. She told me it was because "the babies metabolism runs on a 24hr clock and doesn't slow at night like ours does" anyway try eating small snacks like yogurt, oatmeal, granola or cereal, don't get too full tho that may also give u a tummy ache.

It's fine. You will find your self eating smaller meals far more often. If I wake up hungry, I grab some fruit and yogurt or a bowl of cereal.
