Have you tried a support belt? Most maternity stores sell them I think. Also, in bed, I used an army of pillows to help me stay comfortable with my first. One under my belly, a coupe behind my back, couple between my knees. Just wherever you need extra support or comfort.
Maybe try lying down with a bunch of soft pillows around you. It may also help if you take a warm bath. That always helps me relax. I hope you find something that helps bc you still have a little while to go!
Try not to get so hard on yourself about your weight i know its hard and your body is going through so mamy new changes but just remember that you arebabys home . And get mmotivation to how yoh want to get when youre done being pregnant
