Well, it sounds like you're doing ok then. Just try to get those nourishing foods in and don't go crazy with sugar/carbs and your body will do the rest. :-)
I drink a lot of water like alot to where i start getting sick
I eat all kinds of veggies and fruits i also eat chicken tuna porkchops and other meats... just got a sub and i love it ... i used to love pickles and now i get sick from them
If your diet is high in grains, especially wheat and corn, that can seriously be the cause of all the bloating. Try not to rely on cereal and crackers and Mac n cheese etc for your main nourishment. Those should be side things if at all possible. Also, not getting enough water out protien can be causes of swelling and some boating so be aware of that.
My thoughts would be that as long as you're eating nourishing foods, you're ok. No idea what your diet is like, obviously, but important things for any person and especially a pregnant woman are: protien (a LOT of protien! Eggs are one of the best things you can eat, good meats, nuts, cheese, yogurt. Be sure to have done protien at every meal and try to throw in a bit at snack time - almonds or a boiled eh or something), good fats are essential (coconut oil in your coffe, good butter, good dairy. Those are great sources of energy and they feed your brain and nourish baby), and veggies and fruit of course, especially green leafy vegetables. If you're trying to get all these into your diet on a daily basis and drinking at least two quarts or water a day, you are golden. :-)
