Okay this may sound like a dumb question lol but I'm a ftm so this is all new to me! What underwear do I need after delivery?  I know the hospital will provide disposable ones but do I need to buy more disposable ones or just registered underwear?  And what all do I need for post delivery all i have is nursing bras and breast pads I haven't bought pads yet what do they provide?  I heard I can't use toilet paper after delivery?  Please help!

They give you a few pairs of the disposable ones to take home with you.  Then I used regular big girl panties (literally).  You don't want a 'thong' after a baby for a while.  :>)  I did have pads waiting for me at home over and above the ones the hospital gave me (needed more) with my second birth after learning how much I needed them with my first.  So, maybe have some pads waiting at home too.  good luck

Well what's best is maternity underwear and pads for the bleeding,  but at my hospital they provide me with breast pads, extra underwear and pads to take home, nipple cream, and they have a lady come in to give you your exact bra size for a nursing bra. They also provide me with what I will use to clean myself with in the bathroom which is just a spray bottle and your supposed to pat yourself dry not wipe.

I loved the mesh ones the hospital gave they fit perfect but I would get some like that Cuz they r comfortable and you will probably not want to use them anymore
