Yes it does get better. This was my worst symptom first trimester, but now that I'm in the second trimester I'm actually able to stay awake most of the day. Hang in there.
the first 3 months I swear all i did wanted to do was sleep, wake up to eat something and then go back to sleep. and I did just that outside of work. I still feel like that some days but it does get better in the 2nd trimester a little bit. I'm told it will be back for the 3rd one though.
