update

Hey I haven't been in here for a couple of months.  So Idk if any of you will remember me.  I'm due December 10. Right now I'm 30 weeks.  I'm in the hospital for a hundred things.  But I mainly came here for some encouragement.  My baby is supposed to be weighing 3lbs right now & she is only weighing 1lb 13 oz. We've known for awhile she's had growth problems,  but we didn't know it was this survire until yesterday.  Im at the hospital recrieving steroid shots for her lungs because they are thinking delivery may help her grow on the outside since she isn't growing on the inside.  So I guess my main question is.  Can any mommies share me thier stories about this same situation.  Or delivering at 20+ weeks with the survival of a 1lb + baby. I'm just looking for some hope. Thanks (:

my aunt delivered my her bby girl at 25wks she weight a 1"10lb n they told her she was in that. 10% of survival but with a lot of praying and mom pumping her breasmilk every single day that lil girl is 10yrs old now the only thing bad was that she has asthma from it but she did it she beat that 10% survival percentage. I'll pray for ure bby, n with gods blessing she will fight for her life n grow big n strong!

I personally haven't had that small of a baby. But my mom had me back in 1990 and i was born in the 28th week. I weighed 2lb 2oz. I stayed in the nicu for 3months. I had some breathing and feeding issues.
Ill be praying for you and your baby!!
