I'm so sorry you have to go through this.  You might just m/c naturally.  In 2006 I had a blighted ovum.  The dr wanted to do a D&C, but I had just had one done a few months before.  After talking to a friend who is an L&D nurse she told me to aks for Cervadil.  This medication comes in tablet form.  You out the tablets on your cervix before you go to bed and the next day you will have cramping and bleeding.  If you decide to do it this make sure that you also request pain meds like Vicodin.  Good luck, and again I am very sorry for your loss.

Had you been able to the heartbeat before?

If you are already spotting you may just m/c naturally.  That is where I am now.  It sucks so bad.  I know the pain and shock you are going through.  You will get through it.  I am so sorry!!!!!!  It doesn't seem fair, does it.  I wish I knew the magic words to say to make it better, but there are none.  Just know that we are here for you!!
