Hey girl I know exactly what your going threw on my 20weeks ultrasound the first lady did my ultrasound & didn't mention anything to me.. as soon as I got home they called me & sent me to the ER to a specialist I was nervous being they didnt tell me anything. When I get there they explain to me that my baby girl has a chorid plexus cyst on her brain & with other markers showing on her vowel & her area being swollen she can also have trimisone 18 I was a wreck I started crying & didn't know what theu were about to tell me for sure. I has 6 doc in the room when they redid my ultrasound she still has a chorid plexus cyst on her brain but they told me that by 32weeks it can go away or she can have it for the rest of her life but it will not affect her way of thinking or mentality she would be fine tje other markers they sceen there was nothing there & her area looked good. Trust me it was the hardest thin to hear. The doc told me not to stress & relax everything will be ok but being that this is my second pregnancy it wasnt like that for my son. So my hubby doesnt let me do much & hes very atentive to what I eat or if I drink soda or not.. I ben more hands of with everything just because I dint want to cause no harm or stress on baby its scary but your baby will be just fine.. trust me I know what your feeling. Btw im 28+4days & have ben fine...
Both of my sons each had 2 of the cysts on their brains. It Honeslty is a lot more Common than you realize, yes they will most likely check for stubbed hands and feet during your 20 week anatomy scan, but it doesn't always mean anything bad. Both my boys came out Just fine
I was 5 wks 2 days and this dr in the er told me I had a sub chor and I was gonna go home and miscarry over the weekend. Thats what he said. I went back yo my dr and had a baby with a heartbeat at exactly 6 wks. I'm 38wks on weds. As for the sono they do that along with the blood work to determine yout chance of there being something wrong. More than likely everything is fine and it will disappear within a few weeks. I'm sure your dr will do a follow up sono to double check everything. And you have more than enough time for it to fix itself. Don't stress yourself over something you have absolutely no control over at this point. Thats not good for you or baby at all. Keep us posted on how things go
I found out at 12 weeks I had the s. Himmorage it is very scarry but my doc told me the same thing now I am 27&2 days and completely heald it was rought sitting and waiting doing nothing I bleed with mine for most of my first and second trimester just don't do no heavy or strenuous work and rest as much as u can and everything will be ok
Thank you ladies! (: I have my days!
At my 16 week us baby girl had a soft marker on her heart, went back at 18 weeks and it was gone. I know several ladies who had multiple soft markers and their babies came out perfectly healthy! Don't stress too much, they aren't a guarantee for ds!
I was told my baby might have it because there was a spot on her heart but he told me not to worry because it was a very good chance that it could disappear. Then I was also told I had the same thing on my sac which also disappeared. So do not stress it could make matters worse. I'm 35wks and my water just broke so have faith
listen to the doctor, and by stressing yourself about it will not heal anything or make anything go away :) i know i'd be scared too, but think positive :) the doctoris not worried, you shouldn't too :) and good luck :)
Sounds scary, id be like yourself and panicky but if the doc isnt worried, i wouldnt worry. Stressing will make things worse so all you can do is rest, eat well and lie on your left hand side to increase blood flow. Best of luck and keep us posted x
