urinary track infection while pregnant

What can you do about a UTI while pregnant? I am high risk so I don't have a ob yet. What can I do to get rid of a UTI or so I need to go to the ER to get antibiotics?

Go to the emergency room. They'll help you there. Just say I'm pregnant and have a uti. It's not safe to have one while pregnant

It's actually pretty common for pregnant woman. They'll be able to take care of you and your little peanut.

I had one when I first got pregnant and they gave me meds and it was gone within less than a week. Go to an urgent care center that's what I did I didn't have an ob at the time either.

I'd get a new doc a uti can turn into a kidney infection which can send you into labor.

The only way to effectively treat a UTI is through antibiotics. If you go to the ER they will be able to treat you there.
