I have a uti at the moment and it is very irritating.  I don't have insurance so going to the doctors it what I should do but would charge me alot. Any advice? I've been drinking cranberry juice and lots of water.

You need to see a Dr and get in antibiotics. That's the only thing that will treat a true UTI.

Its best to treat it asap because I waited & started to pee blood and I was so close to getting a kidney infection so try to drink a lot of water and treat it!! Good luck (:

D Mannose tabs are good for UTIs

You have to get medication to kill the infection ... Go to any pharmacy and ask what's good for uti's. I had one a week ago  and I took some pills I purchased at a Mexican little store abd I was fine the next day
