Cranberry juice and water always helps
Yogurt works on yeast infections, not bacterial infections that cause UTIs.
I agree - you need antibiotics before this spreads to your kidneys. Nothing over the counter will cure it.
If you get frequent UTIs, you might want to consider taking Cystex liquid as a preventative. It's over-the-counter. It won't cure one once you have it, though.
I have a uti right now. It's better if you just ask your dr. You wouldn't want to hurt yourself or the baby. I know that cranberry juice can help but it won't replace antibiotics.
A UTI needs to be treated by antibiotics prescribed by your doctor. You need to get it treated promptly because it can cause complications that arent good for you or baby. Besides that, while you take the meds you should only be drinking water and no drinks with sugar. Natural cranberry juice is good.
I think your doctor prescribing you something would be better. Meanwhile you could try to drink lots of water and try to pee as much as you can.
