What is this pinkish clear stuff coming out of my vagina I put ice on my vagina because it was sore from having rough unprotected sex then I notice that I was having discharge come out I'm scared

If it's when you wipe you could have just torn a little.
After rough sex i would have a small tear here and there and it bled a tiny bit.
