So for a little over an hour my whole abdomen has been cramping. I have back pain that follows and im nauseous. Someone please give me answers. What should i do?
Possibly try Tylenol like 1 pill and lay on your left side and then if you want you can try a warm shower just let the water run on you
Just take some Tylenol and relax everything is stretching so it's normal. But if you are concerned call your doctor.
