I have the same problem. Peppermint gum and crackers seem to help.

Before you get out of bed have some crackers or pretzels it helps so much! Also try ginger. They have ginger gummies or you can have ginger tea or just put ginger in any drink of your choice! Try drinking a lot more water and more solid foods, more plain too!

Hi.  Sorry you are having such a hard time with it.  I am not sure what time you take your prenatal vitamin but I found it helped to take that before bed rather than during the day or in the morning.  I did s uck on crystalized ginger, drank ginger ale which helped.  B 12 is supposed to help.  Definitely agree that crackers were always present.  I found an empty stomach caused more nausea so I'd eat something on a regular basis and protein helped like peanut butter on a thin slice of bread or cracker.

Talk to your doctor about it too.  good luck hon
